Hello! Actually.. It wasnt me wearing the costume, but it was made by me :] So I can really help you.
I made my own patterns, and this one is quite simple.

About the pans
I would seriously recommend you not to use tights. Buy some lycra pants, my friend wore one of them and ended looking pretty good! :]
